Managers will be able to recommend the training to their team members. Training needs can be captured as part of the Performance Appraisal process. In addition to that Managers will be able to recommend Training relevant for a job function to their Team Members any time all through the year to satisfy the level of competency requirements.
To recommend the training to a team member
- Navigate to Development > My Team's Training
- My Team's Training page displays all the team members for whom training courses have been recommended.
Search and find for a particular team member using the Search box to search by keyword and/or navigate the pages to find and locate that particular employee.
Click Recommend Training Courses link of the employee to whom training is to be provided. The Training Data page of a particular employee displays with Pending and Attended Training Courses
- Click Recommend Training Course. The Recommend Training Course pop-up window displays both the Available and Recommended Courses.
- The manager can select the required course from the available course list and can move to the recommended course list and then can click Save to update the recommended courses to that team member.
