HR administrators can easily manage existing training courses through the Organization Training Courses menu. This includes the ability to edit course details, delete outdated courses, or temporarily deactivate courses that are not currently in use.


These options help HR teams keep the training repository organized, ensure that employees only access relevant programs, and maintain up-to-date training content aligned with organizational learning goals.
