1. Username Confusion
One of the most common login issues occurs when users mistakenly enter the wrong username. This often happens due to confusion between official and personal email IDs.
Please ensure that you are entering the username exactly as it appears in your employee profile. Using an incorrect email ID or username may prevent you from accessing the system.
2. Login Page Reloads Without Error
If, after entering your login credentials, the system simply reloads the login page without displaying any error message, this is typically related to browser cache or cookies. To resolve this issue:
Clear your browser cookies
Restart the browser and try logging in again
