Synergita supports Single Sign-On with other systems. It can also be easily integrated with Active Directory Server or Google Authentication Server or any other custom server. Synergita support SSO for LDAP, OpenID & SAML based authentication.

• As a user, you need to enter a valid Username and Password to login into Synergita. 

• Please enter your Windows credentials on your login page as instructed by your System Admin. 

Users might come across through following situations while logging in. 

FORGETTING PASSWORD / RESETTING PASSWORD:

• When the SSO authentication type is enabled, you will not be able to reset password links through Synergita as Synergita will have no access to save the password details of the employees

You need to contact your internal IT team and HR Team for username and password-related queries.
