Pending action items in the ongoing performance cycle are tasks or steps that are yet to be completed by employees, managers, or HR and are visible in the PMS as pending or in the queue.

To view the My Action Items page:

• Navigate to Performance > My Action Items.

• The My Action Items page displays all pending action items in the ongoing performance cycle that are yet to be completed by the user.

Action items can also be accessed from:

My Dashboard > Action Items

Home Page > Proceed to My Action Items Link
