As an HR, you will have the access to export any employee's defined goals into a PDF or an Excel.
To export the employee's goal
- Navigate to Performance --> My Team Performance. The My Team's Performance page displays as shown.
- Search for the employee using the Search Box and Click on the "View Goals & Competencies" tab. The Goals and Competencies page displays as shown.
- You can click on the Export as excel icon or Export as PDF icons to download the goals in excel or PDF.
