Steps to configure due dates in the manage process cycle page:

Once the notification content and reminder frequencies are set, navigate to Admin-> Process Cycles

Select the cycle name for which you want to configure reminders.

Click step 3 and turn on the "Do you want to enable auto trigger of the reminder notifications", if it is not turned on, kindly enable the toggle button to turn it on.

Configure the "Due Date" for the activities you would like the system to trigger auto-reminders for. The due date is nothing but the date by which you are expecting the employees to complete the activity and post that date, the reminder emails will start triggering to the employees who have not completed it.

Click "Save & Confirm".

Please note that, due date configuration is a mandatory process to trigger the auto reminders.

Reminders will not be auto triggered if the due dates are not provided under the third step of the process cycle.
