Once a cycle has been launched and employees have been added and confirmed, the system does not allow modification of the cycle details. This restriction ensures the integrity of the appraisal process and prevents any inconsistencies in employee evaluations.

If you need to make changes — such as updating the Name, workflow, or other configuration details — you will first need to delete the existing cycle and then recreate a new one with the required updates.

Note: It is recommended to carefully review all cycle configurations, including timelines, templates, and participant details, before confirming and launching the cycle to avoid the need for recreation later.
