If a cycle has been created with incorrect details or needs to be reconfigured, you can delete it from the system. Deleting a cycle permanently removes all associated data and allows you to recreate it with the correct configurations.
To delete a process cycle:
1. Navigate to Admin -> HR Administration -> Manage Process Cycles
2. On the Manage Process Cycles page, click on the edit icon of the ongoing cycle that you want to delete.
3. Navigate to the second step, where the participant lists are available, and remove all the employees
4. Once removed, kindly reload/refresh the page.
5. You will be able to fetch the "Delete" button under the 1st step of the process cycle.
Deleting the process cycle will permanently remove it from the system.
Note: All submitted data under the cycle will be erased, so ensure you back up any required information before deletion.
