The Self Feedback feature in Synergita PMS allows employees to evaluate their own performance for the review period. This helps you reflect on your achievements, note areas for improvement, and share your perspective before your manager provides feedback.


Employees can:


  • Rate themselves on each goal or competency


  • Add comments to explain their ratings


  • Highlight key accomplishments or areas to improve


TO PROVIDE SELF FEEDBACK:


1. Login to Synergita as an employee.


2. Navigate to  My Dashboard → Action Items → Self Feedback,

or go to Performance → My Action Items.


3. Click the Self Feedback link to open the form.





4. Provide your ratings and comments for each goal and competency.


  • Enter your achieved target, if applicable or enabled.


  • If required, attach any supporting documents (for example, project reports, certificates, or related files) under the respective goals.


  • Click Save after every input to ensure your data is not lost.


  • As you fill in your inputs and Save, a progress bar will show your self-review completion percentage.








Note -  You can export a copy of your self-feedback for your reference before submission.

Click the Export as under More option to save a copy of your filled feedback form.


 





5. Once you have completed all sections, click Submit to send your feedback for your manager’s review.
