This section provides a consolidated view of all feedback, recommendations, and meeting summaries received by an employee. It helps employees review their performance history, reflect on past meeting discussion summaries, and identify areas for continuous development.

How to Access my Past Meeting Summaries

Employees can view their feedback, recommendations, and meeting summaries through either of the following options:

Option 1: From Your Profile

• Navigate to People → My Profile.

• Click the Performance link.

Option 2: From the Performance Menu

• Go to Performance → My Performance.

• The page displays current goals, past feedback, and continuous feedback. Click the View Past Feedback tab to see previously published information. 

• By default, the most recent published appraisal cycle will be displayed. 

• Use the expand and collapse icons to show or hide details for individual sections.

• To export the past history details, click "More" > Export as PDF icons.

• If you want to view feedback, recommendations, or meeting summaries from a previous appraisal cycle, select the desired Cycle Name from the dropdown.

• This layout ensures employees can easily track feedback, monitor progress, and leverage insights for their continuous development.
