This section provides a consolidated view of all feedback, recommendations, and meeting summaries received by an employee. It helps managers review the employee’s performance history and reflect on past one-on-one discussion summaries.


Accessing Employee’s Past Feedback, Recommendations, and Meeting Summaries


Option 1: From the Employee’s Profile


  • Navigate to People → My Team → Search for the employee  → click on the employee’s profile card → and select the Performance link.






Option 2: From the Performance Menu


  • Go to Performance → My Team’s Performance → search for the respective employee.




  • Click the View Past Feedback tab to see previously published information. By default, the most recent published appraisal cycle will be displayed.



  • Use the expand and collapse icons to show or hide details for individual sections.


  • To export the past history details, click More → Export as PDF.



  • If you want to view feedback, recommendations, or meeting summaries from a previous appraisal cycle, select the desired Cycle Name from the dropdown list.




  • This layout ensures managers can easily track team performance, monitor progress, and use insights to guide employee development effectively.
