The system provides flexibility for employees to refine or adjust their goals while they are still working within the Set Goals step of the process.


After goals are submitted, the manager can return the goals for revision, and if the cycle has already moved into later stages, the HR team can revert the process to allow the employee to make the necessary edits.


To edit the goals that are yet to be submitted:


1. Navigate to Performance > My Action Items > Set Goals


2. Select the Goal You Want to Edit


3. Click on the Edit Option w.r.t that goal



4. Update Your Goal Details/Modify any of the required fields


5. Save the Updated/Edited Goal


The edited goal will now appear in your goals list with the updated details.


If Your Goals Are Already Submitted:


1. Manager Review Stage


If you have already submitted your goals and need changes:


Inform your manager to reject/return the goals for revision.


Once the manager rejects or sends back the goals, you will regain access to edit them.


2. Further Stages of the Performance Cycle


If the cycle has progressed beyond manager review or is already in mid-year/year-end stages:


Contact the HR Administrator.


HR can revert the process back to the Set Goals step, allowing you to make your edits.


The system offers a flexible and structured approach to goal editing. While you can freely update your goals during the Set Goals step, any edits required afterwards follow a formal workflow involving the manager or HR team. This helps maintain transparency, accuracy, and proper tracking throughout the performance cycle.
