Assigning weightages to goals helps determine the relative importance of each goal within the overall performance assessment.


During the Set Goals stage, employees and managers can allocate weightages as part of the goal-setting process. This structured approach ensures clarity, fairness, and consistency in evaluating performance outcomes.


To Assign Weightages to your goals:


Navigate to Performance > My Action Items > Set Goals



While adding a goal, the user can assign the required weightages under the respective goal.



Kindly ensure that the sum of weightages of the goals is equal to 100, not less or more than100. 


Additionally, you will get to see the remaining weightage to be added under a subsection's goal during the set goals activity



Weightages play a key role in ensuring that performance assessments reflect the true priority of each goal. By assigning meaningful weightages during the Set Goals step, employees and managers can provide the rating accordingly during the review process.
