Assigning weightages to goals helps determine the relative importance of each goal within the overall performance assessment.
During the Set Goals stage, employees and managers can allocate weightages as part of the goal-setting process.
To assign weightages for the goals:
1. Navigate to Performance > My Action Items > Set Goals
2. Allocate/Provide the weightage while adding the goal, under the weightage field as highlighted below

- Assign a weightage based on the importance or impact of the goal.
- Ensure your total goal weightages sums up to 100%.
- If the total weightage exceeds/does not meet the limit, the system will provide respective pop up message.
Weightages play a key role in ensuring that performance assessments reflect the true priority of each goal. By assigning meaningful weightages during the Set Goals step, employees and managers create a balanced and transparent evaluation framework.
