1) Can the recommended courses be changed after submission?

Yes. Recommended courses can be updated even after submission. Please contact your HR team and request them to revert your status back to the Training Recommendation step. Once reverted, you will be able to modify and resubmit your recommendations.

2) Where can I find the training courses that have been recommended?

If training courses were recommended as part of a review cycle, you can view them by navigating to Performance > My Performance > View Past Feedback. When the feedback and recommendations are published, the recommended training courses will appear along with them.

These courses will also be available under Development > My Training for easy access.

3) Is it possible to bulk upload training recommendation details?

No. Training recommendation details that are part of the review process do not support bulk upload. All training recommendations must be submitted individually within the process.
