Personalizing your profile picture in Synergita OKR is a simple process that enhances your personalization experience. This article guides you through the steps to change your profile picture.
Navigation:
- After logging in, find the profile picture icon in the top navigation pane on the top right corner of the page.
- If profile picture is not set, then by default, a generic blank silhouette is set as a placeholder.
Adding Profile Picture:
- Click on the blank image silhouette to open a dropdown. This displays the profile picture option, with a camera icon.
- Click on this icon. A pop-up window will appear, as shown below.
- You can upload a new profile picture in JPG, PNG, or BMP format with a maximum file size of 1 MB.
- Click Add a Profile Picture button to open the upload window to select and upload the image.
- You can also drag the image from another window to this pop-up.
- After image is uploaded, the image can be cropped to fit in a circular frame.
- Click Save as Profile Picture to finalize your new profile picture.
- You can also drag the image from another window to this pop-up.
- Once the image is uploaded, it is displayed on the right side of the top navigation pane.
Deleting Profile Picture:
- If you wish to delete your profile picture, open the profile picture pop-up by repeating the same process.
- Click on the Profile picture to open the dropdown. This displays the profile picture option, with a camera icon. Click on this icon to open the pop-up window.
- Click the delete icon on the top right of the picture in the pop-up window.
Changing Profile Picture.
- The profile picture can be changed as per the user’s requirement.
- To change your picture again, repeat the above process, and click on Change Profile Picture in the Pop-up box.
