HR team & management can use this report to have a clear overview at the end of the appraisal cycle and to analyze the employee rating & recommendations.
HR managers shall be able to access the Recommendation report from Home screen Navigation Bar click on -> Manage reports.
Recommendation Report is grouped under Performance Management.
Clicking on Recommendation Report, takes you to the following page; It is possible to customize view and drill down where you want to focus.
Here you can generate Recommendation report with the help of following field filters available;
- Employee Number: It helps the user to get the recommendation report of a particular employee with the employee id.
- First Name: It helps to generate Recommendation report of a particular employee by typing the first name alone in the field available.
- Last Name: It helps to generate Recommendation report of a particular employee by typing the last name alone in the field available.
- Designation: It helps to generates recommendation report of employees based on their designation.
- Grade: This filter helps to generates recommendation report of all those employees who fall under a particular grade.
- Cycle Name: This filter helps to generates the recommendation report of all those employees included in a particular Feedback cycle.
Primary manager score: It helps to generate a consolidated recommendation reports of all the employees who received a particular criteria of score provided by their primary manager.
- Appraisal Period: Here you can get the recommendation report of employees who were included in a particular appraisal cycle.
You can include additional criterion by Add which opens a new dialog box displaying additional logic filters. To add or to remove filters, Click on the Add button, it takes you to the following window;
Choose the filters you want and click Save before you generate the report.
It displays a Recommendation report in a tabular form with all the necessary details of the employees.
For any additional action to customize visualization kindly click on the Hammer & Wrench Icon to select the fields to be displayed in the chart. Recommendation Report can easily be customized for visualization by clicking on (settings) icon. It takes you to the following window;
Here you can decide the fields to be displayed by choosing the required fields from the ‘Available Fields’. Select the fields which is required and Click on and it will be visible in ‘Display Fields’, If you want to remove some fields from ‘Display Fields’ select the filed and click on and when you are Finished Click on save button.
You can also group the report based on Department or Designation.
inally you can export the reports generated in an Excel, PDF or Word format by clicking on . Here you Select from the options available. Select from the options available. When you export the report, Synergita creates a copy of the report and also allows you to store it in the selected format.
Kindly review the suggested file name (Synergita uses the name of source report). Before saving the file, if you want you can modify the file name and in the file format drop box, select the file format that you want and click Save.
