Strength and Weakness Report helps in analyzing the strength and weakness of the employees as perceived by the Manager. The report is useful for brainstorming and uncovering the Opportunities that are open and exists for Employee Development. This Report helps to develop a complete awareness of the situation and helps with both strategic planning and decision making with respect to the the Human Capital Management.

To access the report

• Navigate to Reports > Manage Reports

• Under Performance Management, click Strength & Weakness Report

You can generate multiple views of Strength and Weakness Report using the available filters. The filters include

• Duration - Filters the report based on the cycles conducted for the given time period.
• Cycle Name - Select a feedback cycle and generate the report for a cycle.
• Track - Generates report for the employees who fall under a particular track.
• Organization Unit - Generate the report based on the various units of an organization.
• Work Role - Generate the report of all employees who fall under the same work role.

• To generate the Strength and Weakness Report based on the selected filters, click Display Report.

• The report grid shows the strength and weakness of the employees with reference to particular attributes.

• To download the report in an excel format or a PDF format, click the respective icons.
