The Employee Training Report gives you a detailed and customized view of all training courses assigned to employees through their training widget. It provides complete insights into training course recommendations for each employee, including specific details such as Department, Designation, Employee Status, and more, helping you track and manage employee learning effectively.


To access the reports


  • Navigate to Reports > Reports.


  • Under Employee Management, click Employee Training Report





  • By Default Active user's training details will be available


  • The report can be viewed directly in the PMS in a Grid format, showing each employee’s training details and status.


  • The data is displayed in a structured and easy-to-read manner, making it simple to track progress, course completions, and recommendations.




Exporting the Report


  • Click the Export with Mail icon.


  • A prompt will appear confirming that the report will be sent to your registered email address.


  • The exported report will include all applied filters, providing a customized view of employee training data.




How to use Filters to Customize the Report as needed


Click Filter to open the Filter by pop-up window. This allows you to refine the report based on your specific requirements. The available filters include:

  • Training Details – Filter by course category, course name, or attended date to see specific training sessions or courses attended.

  • Basic Details – Filter by employee number, employee name, employee type, date of joining (DOJ), etc

  • Organization Units – Filter by business units or departments to view training for a specific team or unit.

  • Location – Filter by employees’ job location to track training.

  • Contact Details – Filter by email to focus on specific employees.

  • Work Details – Filter by designation, work role, track, or other work-related attributes to view training by role or level.

  • Active Status – Filter by employee status (active/inactive) to include or exclude certain employees.


After selecting the desired filters, click Apply to display the filtered data. 






Note: You can also add or remove field filters to customize the report further, ensuring you view exactly the data you need before export.


All exported reports can be accessed in the Download Reports section under Reports > Reports.
