Synergita provides a standard report to analyze attrition. It indicates the reasons why employees left your organization.
HR managers can access the report, from Home screen Navigation Bar click (Reports ->Manage reports) go to Attrition Summary Report
To generate the report. click on Attrition Summary Report. It opens the filters selection criteria page. This enables to define the criteria in which you are interested.
Filter criteria which are provided with a drop down menu, kindly select atleast one reason indicated in the list to include in the report.
As can be viewed above there are several options to analyze the attrition.
>By using the "Date of Relieving" option enables to define the period and view employees who got relieved during that particular period.
In additon to that the type of relieving, Organization Unit or Department, Location, Designation, Work Role etc., are few of the other options that are available.
To explore more options click on Add
On selecting the criteria click SAVE and DISPLAY REPORT. The report will be displayed in a table format.
