In Synergita PMS, the Perception Gap Analysis Report highlights differences between an employee’s self-assessment and their manager’s evaluation across goals and competencies. This report helps HR and managers identify alignment gaps, facilitate constructive discussions, and drive targeted employee development.
ACCESSING THE PERCEPTION GAP ANALYSIS REPORT
1) Navigate to Reports → Reports.
2) Under Performance Management, click Perception Gap Analysis Report.

3) The report page opens with a search filter section.
Select the employee from Choose an Employee.
Select the associated Feedback Cycle.
The perception gap between two or more relationships, along with the relevant goals and competency sections, will automatically populate the respective fields.

4) Click Generate Report to display the report based on the selected criteria.

5) The generated report clearly shows each attribute, the assessment scores received by the employee, and the perception differences relative to the selected relationships, providing actionable insights for HR and managers.
