The Career Aspiration Report provides a comprehensive summary and detailed view of employees’ career aspirations in a clear, customizable format. It offers insights into various aspects such as willingness to travel, preferred designations, planned qualifications or certifications, and other related details. This helps HR and managers understand employee career goals and plan development initiatives effectively.


ACCESSING THE CAREER ASPIRATION REPORT:


1) Navigate to Reports → Reports.


2) Under Employee Management, click Employee Career Aspiration Report.







3) Click Filter to open the filter pop-up window. 


Available Filters:

  • Career Aspiration Details: Filter by willingness to travel, acceptable travel expectations, area of study, education level, etc.

  • Basic Details: Filter by employee number, name, type, date of joining (DOJ), etc.

  • Organization Units: Filter by selected business units.

  • Location: Filter by employees’ job locations.

  • Contact Details: Filter by email, IM ID, etc.

  • Work Details: Filter by designation, work role, track, etc.

  • Active Status: Filter by active/inactive status.


Click Apply to filter the report data as needed.


 


4) To export the report, click the Export with mail sending icon. The system will send the report to the registered email address.
