HR administrators can create and manage Training Courses to support employee development and skill enhancement. This feature allows organizations to define training categories, add course details and track participation effectively.
By managing training courses within the system, organizations can ensure that learning initiatives are structured, aligned with performance goals, and easily accessible to employees
The steps to create the training courses are as follows.
Steps to create a new training course
1. Navigate to Admin >People> Training Courses

2. Click the Add button – This will create a new row under each column for adding a training course.Enter Course Details – Provide a suitable Course Name and Description to define the purpose of the training.


3. Select Course Category – Choose the relevant category from the available list.If the required category is not listed, click the drop-down and select Other to create a new course category.

Enter the Training course category name, description if any and click on Add. A new Training course category will be created and will be listed in the drop down.

4. Training courses can be mapped based on one or more parameters such as Organization Unit, Work Role, Designation, and Track. Based on this configuration, the system will automatically recommend the appropriate courses to employees.

5. If you enable the option Mandatory, the courses will be added to the concerned employee's pending courses list directly.
6. Set the Due Date for the employees to complete the training session. The due date will be visible against the course name under the My Training widget on the employee’s dashboard.
7. You can also deactivate a training course temporarily and reactivate it later when necessary.To deactivate the training course, navigate to the steps in the article-
