The Process Effectiveness Survey Report in Synergita provides insights into employee feedback on the organization’s performance management process. It helps HR evaluate the effectiveness of performance evaluations and identify improvement areas.
ACCESSING THE PROCESS EFFECTIVENESS SURVEY REPORT
1) Navigate to Reports → Reports.
2) Under Performance Management, click Process Effectiveness Survey Report.
3) The report page displays employee feedback details for ongoing cycles by default
4) To filter the data, click Filter. The Filter by pop-up window appears.
Choose the required filters from the following options:
Cycle Name: Filter by active or selected appraisal cycles. Survey details from closed cycles can also be viewed by deselecting the Active Cycle option and selecting the respective cycle.
Basic Details: Filter by employee number, name, type, DOJ, etc.
Organization Unit: Filter by selected business units.
Location: Filter by employees’ job location.
Contact Details: Filter by employee email, IM ID, etc.
Work Details: Filter by designation, work role, or track.
Active Status: Filter by active, inactive, or all employees.
Click Apply to display the filtered data.
5) To export the report, click the Export with mail sending icon. The report will be emailed automatically to your registered email address.
