Team Score Analysis Report provides a comprehensive view of the scores and ratings given by each rater for employees within a team, along with the team’s overall average score. This report helps HR quickly assess team performance, saving time and effort in manual data review.
STEPS TO ACCESS THE REPORT:
- Navigate to Reports > Reports.
- Under Performance Management, click Team Score Analysis Report.
- The report page displays an area chart showing the average team score (Y-axis) across appraisal cycles (X-axis) for the past two years from the current date.
- The table below the chart lists the rating scores and raters for each employee, based on the selected Group By filters (e.g., Cycle, Designation, Department, etc.).
Example: If an appraisal cycle includes multiple raters, each employee’s record will show ratings from all raters for that cycle.
- To export the report, click the Export to Excel icon.
- Before saving, you can rename the file, choose the preferred format, and click Save.
