The Meeting Invite Appeal Report provides details of employees who have appealed against meeting invites sent by their managers. It helps HR quickly identify and track appeals for all or selected employees within ongoing or chosen appraisal cycles.
To ACCESS THE REPORT
1) Navigate to Reports > Reports.
2) Under Performance Management, click Meeting Invite Appeal Report.
3) The report page displays meeting schedule date, meeting notes, venue, employee basic details, work details, contact details, and their primary manager information.
4) Click Filter to apply filters. The Filter By pop-up window appears.
Select the required filters to refine the report data:
Cycle Name View data for ongoing or closed feedback cycles by checking/unchecking the show ongoing Cycle option. By default you can view the data of ongoing cycle.
Date & Time (specific date and time range)
Organization Unit
Basic Details (Employee Name, Employee Type, DOJ, Employee Type Effective Date)
Work Details (Designation, Work Role, Track)
Contact Details (Email, IM ID)
Location (Job location)
Click Apply to generate the filtered report.
5) Click Configuration to select which fields to display. Move fields from Available Fields to Display Fields and click Update.
6) Click the Export with mail sending icon to export the report. The system will notify that the report will be sent to your registered email address.
