HR can normalize or standardize performance scores based on parameters such as Grade, Designation, and Location to identify potential rater biases. These standardized scores are then used to guide compensation bands and support decisions that require differentiated performance indices. To focus on specific employee groups or performance segments, the report provides various filtering criteria.

To filter the normalization of employee performance review scores

  • Navigate to Performance > Normalization

  • Filtering Criteria:

Cycle Name: Select a specific appraisal cycle to view the performance distribution for that period.

Reporting To: View performance data for employees reporting to a specific manager or supervisor.

            OR

If any specific criteria are to be used for exclusion, then you download the default template and provide the                             respective employee number.

Using these filtering criteria, HR and managers can generate a targeted Bell Curve Report, helping to identify high performers, average performers, and employees who may need development, thereby enabling more informed talent management decisions.
