The Normalization page allows HR to review employee ratings, approve recommendations, and ensure consistency across performance evaluations. From this page, HR can also access employee feedback details, which provide additional insights into the employee’s performance and help in making informed normalization decisions.
To view the feedback details from the normalization page:
- Navigate to Performance > Normalization
- Search the user below under the "Employee List"
- Click on the "Action" button with respect to the user in order to view their feedback and rating details in detail.
By viewing feedback details, HR can better understand each employee’s performance context before finalizing normalized ratings. This ensures a fair, transparent, and well-informed performance evaluation process.
