To access the normalization page:

• Navigate to Performance > Normalization

• Select the relevant Appraisal Cycle for which you want to view or manage the normalization process.

• The Normalization page will display all employees included in the selected cycle along with their performance details.

By accessing the Normalization page, HR can efficiently manage performance standardization, review employee ratings, and ensure that the final results are fair, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.
