The Achieved Target represents the actual results or outcomes an employee has accomplished against the pre-defined goals in the Performance Management System (PMS). It helps employees, managers, and HR track performance, measure goal completion, and make informed decisions during reviews.
VIEWING ACHIEVED TARGET AS AN EMPLOYEE:
Employees can view their Achieved Targets as follows:
- Navigate to Performance → My Performance
(OR)
- Go to My Profile → Performance.
- Click View Past Feedback.
The feedback details, along with the Achieved Target, will be displayed for each goal that has been published in the review process.
Managers and HR can view the employee's Achieved Targets as follows:
- Navigate to Performance → My Team’s Performance
- Search for the employee and click View Past Feedback.

- Go to People → My Team, search for the employee, and open their Profile Card → Performance.
- Click View Past Feedback.
The feedback details, along with the Achieved Target, will be displayed for each goal that has been published in the review process.
