If your Synergita user account is locked and you are unable to log in, follow the steps below:


1. Verify Your Username:


Your Synergita username is typically aligned with your organization’s user ID or may be unique to the Synergita platform. When access is granted, an email containing your login credentials is sent automatically.


  • Action: If you cannot locate this email, reach out to your HR department to confirm your username and access details.


2. Still Unable to Log In?:


If you have verified your credentials and your account is still locked or you cannot log in:


  • Contact the Synergita Support Team at support@synergita.com for assistance.

  • Provide your username and any error messages to help the support team unlock your account promptly.
