The Designation in your profile represents your official job title in the organization. If the Designation displayed is incorrect or not updated, it means the record needs to be corrected by HR.


Steps to correct Incorrect Designation Information: 


  • Navigate to People > My Profile to review your profile details and verify the Designation tagged to you.

  • If you notice any discrepancies, reach out to your HR team and share the exact details that need correction.

  • Once HR updates the information, revisit your profile to confirm the details are accurate.



Note: Access to update employee information directly may be restricted based on your user role. Any corrections in the profile must be processed through your HR Administrator to maintain data integrity.
