Email ID in the profile represents the official email address registered for you in the PMS system. It is used for notifications, communications, and login-related purposes. If your Email ID is missing or incorrect in your profile, it means the record has not been updated. In such cases, you should contact your HR team


Steps to correct Email ID Information: 


  • Navigate to People > My Profile to review your profile details and verify the Email ID tagged to you.

  • If you notice any discrepancies, reach out to your HR team and share the exact details that need correction.

  • Once HR updates the information, revisit your profile to confirm the details are accurate.



Note: Access to update employee information directly may be restricted based on your user role. Any corrections in the profile must be processed through your HR Administrator to maintain data integrity.
