In some scenarios, you may need to review the feedback of employees who are no longer active in the system. Even after an employee is deactivated, their performance feedback and appraisal records remain available for reference and reporting purposes. This guide explains how to view the feedback of deactivated employees in the system.


Kindly follow the below steps to view the deactivated employee's feedback.


Navigate to  People ->My team - >Filter ->Active status -> Select Inactive or you may select both (Active and Inactive). 




Search for the employee using the search box and click on the 3 Dots and select performance.



Under the respective employee performance tab, you can view the employee's published/completed goals/competencies and feedback .

Note: HR can download the feedback or competencies of deactivated employees only if the feedback or goals have been published.


If the performance cycle has not been published for an employee, but both the employee (self) and the manager have already submitted their feedback, it is recommended to download the employee’s feedback before deactivating the employee profile.


Once an employee is deactivated, unpublished feedback may not be accessible for download. To avoid data loss, ensure that all required feedback is downloaded prior to deactivation.
