Creating a survey template helps standardize questions, maintain consistency across surveys, and save time during future feedback cycles


Kindly follow the below steps to create an survey Template :


Navigate to Admin -> Most Popular Configuration -> Feedback form /Template-> click on Add  

Note: Before creating a template, kindly check the mapping logic configured for the 360-Degree Plan.




Provide the Template Name and select the relevant fields according to the defined Mapping Logic, and click Save to update the details.




A New template with the details will be created. Kindly open the Template by clicking on the Template Name and select the Survey option to proceed with the configuration.





Add the required attributes or the list of questions defined for the survey process by selecting Add Attribute or Add Subsection.


Select the respective Grade Scale, Review Group, and other relevant details e in the template.


Once all the information has been entered, click Save and then Publish to finalize the template.




Kindly select the option “Yes, Publish & Update the Employee Feedback Forms as well” and click “Yes.”


Next, click Publish again and choose “Just publish this template for new joiners,” then click “Yes.”


The template will be successfully published for the employees.
