As an HR Manager, you can reactivate employees who were previously relieved from the organization. Reactivating an employee restores their access and allows you to update their profile with new joining details.
Steps to reactivate an Employee are as follows:
- Navigate to People > My Team.
The My Team page displays a list of all active employees in the system.

- Filter deactivated employees by selecting Active Status as Inactive from the filter options and click Apply.

- Use the Search box to locate the employee who has been relieved or resigned.
- Click the Profile photo or Employee name to open the employee’s profile page.

- Click the Reactivate option on the employee profile.

- Fill in the required employee details in the profile as required.

- Click on ReActivate button to complete the reactivation.
Note: While reactivating the employee the new Date of Joining date should be greater than the relieving date.
