Synergita allows employees to capture and maintain important document details under the Document tab in their profile. Documents can include certificates, agreements, or any other relevant files in supported formats. 


Accessing the Document Tab:

  • Navigate to People > My Profile > Document.

  • The Document page displays all previously uploaded documents associated with your profile.


  • Supported document formats include PDF, Word, and Excel.



Uploading Documents to Your Profile:

  • Click Add Log.


  • Select the Document Type you want to upload.


  • Click Upload Documents, choose the file from your system, and click Save.


  • The document will now be visible under your Document tab.

 

Note: Here, we cannot store the Password-protected file under the document tab where synergita format does not support such file under the document tab.
