Synergita helps to capture and maintain employee document details under the document tab on my profile page.
When you log in, by default it directs you to the Home page.
- To view and access your document, navigate to People > My Profile-> Document
- The ‘Document’ page displays your uploaded document information in your profile
- You can store the PDF, Word, and Excel formats under the document tab.
Attaching documents under the employee profile:
- Click on "ADD LOG" and Select the "DOCUMENT TYPE" to be uploaded.
- Click on "UPLOAD DOCUMENTS" by choosing the File and Click on Save.
Note: Here, we cannot store the Password-protected file under the document tab where synergita format does not support such file under the document tab.
PS: Synergita implementation for your Organization may vary from how the features are described here. The screenshots given here may also be different from what you see in your system. Please talk to the concerned person in the Organization for any specific queries.
