The 9-Box Analysis Report in Synergita provides a detailed view of employee performance and potential. To facilitate sharing, further analysis, or record-keeping, the report can be exported in Excel format.
To export the 9-box analysis report:
- Navigate to Reports > 9 box analysis Report under Performance Management
- Generate the 9-Box Analysis Report using the required filters (Cycle Name, Work Details, Location, Reporting To).
- Once the report is displayed, you may export the Excel report.
To export a specific grid's details:
- You can access the list of employees in a specific category by clicking the View Employees button located under the corresponding grid.
- Also, you can export the employee list by clicking the “Export” option.
Exporting the 9-Box Analysis Report allows HR and managers to maintain records, share insights with leadership, and perform additional analysis. This feature ensures flexibility in using the report for strategic talent management and decision-making.
