HR Access: All HR users have default access to generate, view, and analyse the 9-Box Analysis Report across the organisation.

Additional Access: If access is needed for any other user, it can be granted individually upon HR’s request. We will then provide the required access in Synergita PMS based on the details submitted by HR.

Access to the 9-Box Analysis Report is primarily for HR, while additional access can be provided selectively based on HR’s requirements. This ensures that the report is shared securely and used appropriately for talent assessment and workforce planning.
