Once a recommendation is submitted as part of the evaluation or normalization process, the system applies certain controls to ensure data consistency.
The recommendation after submission can be edited under the following criteria:
1. The recommendation is still in a “Pending Review/Approval” stage:
If the recommendation has not yet been reviewed or approved by the next level (e.g., SL/Department Head or HR), they can make the required updates or edits to the submitted recommendation details.
2. HR Admin reverts the recommendation:
If a correction is required from the relationship submitted, then the HR Admin can revert the submission in order to edit/update the submitted recommendation details.
3. Making the changes in Grade and Score during the Normalisation activity by HR:
The Managers can provide the required updated details like grade, score, to the HR so that the HR can import or make the necessary changes during the normalization.
To avoid post-submission rework, ensure:
Score and grade guidelines are communicated beforehand
Calibration rules are set up correctly
Recommenders verify all details before submitting
