Users can track the progress of OKRs and get actionable insights with the OKR dashboard. All the objectives, their status, and their types can be viewed in a single location in the Dashboard. 

• Navigate to Dashboard from the left Navigation Pane.

• The Dashboard page contains various elements including 
  • Company Overview
  • OKR Status
  • Attention Zone
  • My Insight
  • Growth Chart
  • My Objectives

Company Overview

• The company overview section contains the Overall Progress shown as a percentage, indicating the progress towards all objectives.
• Three colored boxes, each representing a different category of objectives within the company:
  • The first box indicates the count of Total Objectives which encompasses all objectives the organization has set.
  • The second box shows Aligned Objectives referring to objectives that are consistent with the company's main goals or strategy.
  • The third box represents Unaligned Objectives which are objectives that do not align with the core strategy or goals.
• Each box has a View details button, which allows the users to click to get more information about each category of objectives. 
• Clicking on the view details opens the Objectives’ Details pop-up listing out the objectives within the category. The pop-up also contains filters based on type, status, and organization unit to find the objectives easily.

 OKR Status

• The section depicts a doughnut chart representing the status of the objectives, segmented by the stages of completion. The chart is color-coded and includes a legend for easy interpretation:
• Each color in the chart corresponds to a different status of the OKRs, as indicated by the legend below the chart, and shows the percentage of OKRs in each status.
• The statuses are Completed, Closed, Waiting for approval, Not started, Rejected, In progress, and Awaiting review.
• There is also a drop-down menu to shift between Company Objectives, Team objectives, and Individual Objectives.

 Attention Zone

• This section displays four categories, each represented by a colored box.
• Each box shows the number of objectives corresponding to Due Today, Pending Approvals, Overdue, and Awaiting Review.
• Each box has a View details button, which allows the users to click to get more information about each category of objectives. 
• Clicking on the view details opens the Objectives’ Details pop-up which has been discussed in the previous section..

My Insight

• This section displays four categories, each showing the number of objectives which are in progress filtered by the status.
• The boxes shows Total Objectives, Lagging, On-Track, and Lagging.
• Each box has a View details button, which allows the users to click to get more information about each category of objectives. 
• Clicking on the view details opens the Objectives’ Details pop-up which has been discussed in the previous section..
• There is also an Organization Unit button, which can be used to display only the necessary team.

Growth Chart

• This section shows a bar graph showing the progress percentage of the objectives categotized based on department.

My Objectives

• This section shows the completion progress of all the key results in each individual objective, in form of doughnut chart.
• It has multiple cards, where each card represents an objective.
• The different tabs can be used to display only the company, team, and individual objectives.
