9 quadrant Report uses appraisal data to easily view an employee's actual and potential performance. It is a matrix tool that can be easily used to evaluate and plot a company’s talent pool, based on two factors, which most commonly are Goals (Y Axis) and Competencies (X Axis). In other words, this report helps to easily identify an employee's potential growth within the organization and whether the employee is meeting or exceeding expectations in his or her current role. 

HR Manager shall be able to access the report from the Home screen Navigation Bar click behI9fP-h7EE4Vn64ljji7J7rmL0l6y9-w.png  -> Manage reports. This opens Manage Reports page. 


HR managers can access the 9 Quadrant report. 


Click on 9 Quadrant Report, it takes you to the following page;

Here you can generate 9 Quadrant Report with the help of following filters available; Before clicking Generate Report kindly provide the search criteria:

  • Duration: It helps you to filter the feedback cycles created within the given time period.
  • Cycle Name: This filter generates the recommendation report of all those employees, who are part of a given Feedback cycle.
  • Organization Unit: It helps to generate SWOT Analysis report based on the organization unit.
  • Track: It helps to generate SWOT Analysis of those employees who falls under a particular track.
  • Work Role: It helps to generate the report based on the work role or job title. 
  • Here the report will be generated by classifying the employees in to 9 different quadrants/categories.

    It helps to identify who are the highest potential individuals, who needs development, and who needs coaching on performance improvement.  It is also a very valuable tool to help calibrate compensation decisions.

    It is possible for HR to customize the report as per Organization requirements. By clicking on   (settings) icon. It takes you to the following window; 

    It is possible to change the quadrant labels & also the attributes (combination) of X & Y axis to gain a different perspective of the available talent pool.
