You can add an employee to the ongoing cycle, but ensure that the employee has not already been included in any other ongoing process cycle. In other words, employees being assessed in the current cycle cannot participate in any other active cycle simultaneously.


To add an employee to the ongoing cycle

1. Navigate to Admin > Most Popular Configurations > Process Cycles (Goal/Reviews)


2. Click the Edit icon next to the cycle name.



3. Navigate to the 2nd Step (Participants List) tab.


4. Click on ADD PARTICIPANT



5. The "Select employees by filter" option will allow you to add the employees basis the company, designation, location, etc. 



To view search results matching the given filters, click Preview. The Preview window lists all the eligible employees by ID, First Name, and Email.


6. You can also add an employee individually using the "Select employee by name" option.


 

7You can add the participants in bulk, too, using the Bulk Add / Remove Participants option.



8. Download the Excel template under the Add tab.

9. Provide the employee number/email ID in the downloaded sheet and save the file. Choose the file from your local directory using the Choose File option and click on ADD.

The added employees will be avialable under "Yet to be Confirmed" status.

10. Click "Save and Continue" in the second step.


Note: The employees who are already added to an ongoing cycle cannot be included in the new cycle until their ongoing cycle is completed.
