The Feedback Form/Template is used for evaluating employee performance. Once the templates are created and mapped to the respective employees, they serve as the basis for collecting performance feedback during the review process.


Deleting a survey template has significant and irreversible effects. It is important to review its usage before proceeding with deletion.Below are the few implications that will take place once the template is deleted from the system.


  • The template and all associated configurations (questions, attributes, rating scales, etc.) will be permanently removed from the system.
  • Once the template is deleted, it cannot be restored or recovered.
  • If the template is connected to a Plan .i.e, performance Appraisal plan, Survey or PIP  deletion may break the linkage of mapping logic with the template , requiring reconfiguration of new template mapping settings.


Deleting the templates from the system will impact their submitted reviews which is interlinked with the template and may affect active appraisal cycles, feedback data, or reports linked to that template


Additionally If the deleted template is linked to any ongoing or scheduled performance cycle , the users may face issues such ad Missing or incomplete forms and Errors while accessing the templates.


Therefore, careful evaluation and backup are recommended to ensure that no critical information or configuration is lost from the system.
