The feedback form/template used for reviewing the employee's performance once the templates are created and mapped for the employees.   

Deleting the templates from the system will impact their submitted reviews which is interlinked with the template. 

The templates can be deleted before the review process has been initiated and also if the template is not mapped to any of the employees. 

Note : Preferably to be more cautious before deleting the templates.
