In Synergita, you can rename goal titles or section names (such as Goals, Competencies, or Achievements) to match your organization’s preferred terminology. Updating section names helps ensure that performance review templates and goal sheets stay aligned with your internal process and naming conventions.
Kindly follow the below steps to Rename Goals and section names :
Navigate to Admin -> Most Popular Configuration -> Feedback form /Template
Select the required Template by clicking on its name. You can view the configured goal sections and competencies inside the feedback form.
Click the Edit icon next to the goals name you want to rename and add the relevant details in the respective fields.

Navigate to Admin -> Most Popular Configuration -> Feedback form /Template

Click the Edit icon next to the section name you want to rename and add the relevant details in the respective fields.
Click Save.
Once all details are updated in the feedback form, click Save and Publish the template.
