The Group Heads tab allows administrators to manage users and their assignments efficiently. When an employee is no longer part of a specific group or has exited the organization, the Close User option helps maintain data accuracy by removing inactive users from the respective Group Head’s list.
To close/remove a group head:
1. Navigate to Admin > Popular configuration or People, click Group Heads

2. Scroll down to the Group Heads list. You can search for the Group Head you wish to close/remove using the Search box available.
4. Click on the edit button against the employee whom you want to remove.

5. Once the edit button is clicked, scroll up to the Update Group Heads, where you can provide the "Effective To" date to terminate the group head relationship.

6. Click on the Update button to confirm the same.
By closing a user from the Group Heads tab, administrators ensure that only active and relevant users remain associated with each group. This keeps the system organised and prevents discrepancies in reports and evaluations.
