You can re-add an employee who was previously removed from an ongoing cycle back into the same cycle at any time.


To re-add a "removed employee" to the cycle


1.Navigate to Admin → Most Popular Configuration → Process Cycles (Goals/Reviews).


  • From the list of ongoing cycles, select the required cycle and click the Edit icon next to the cycle name.



  • In Step 2: Participants List, click on the Removed List tab.


    Search for the employee you want to re-add, select the checkbox next to the employee name, and click Add.


  • Click Save and Continue to proceed. 



  • In Step 3, you can view the to be confirmed employee in the cycle. Click Save & Confirm. Once confirmed, the employee will be successfully added back to the cycle and will appear in the confirmed participants list.



Re-adding All Employees from the Removed List


To re-add employees who are currently in the Removed List:

  • In Step 2: Participants List, click on the Removed List tab. Select the checkbox next to the employee name(s).



  • Click Add to list to move the selected employees back to the participants list. and Click Save and Continue to proceed. 
  • In Step 3, click Save & Confirm. Once confirmed, the employee will be successfully added back to the cycle and will appear in the confirmed participants list.
