As a HR Admin, you can configure the Interim feedback rater & approval’s as per your requirement in the system

 

 

Navigate to  Admin -> HR admin -> Configure Interim Feedback



The configure Interim feedback  page has multiple options to enable and disable  in the Interim feedback activities.




Enable  Interim Feedback:  The toggle button needs to be turned on to enable  the interim feedback feature for tenants. Only when this toggle is activated  the remaining fields on the configuration page become accessible.

 

Select relationships(s) who can provide interim feedback: You can select the relationships that are allowed to provide interim feedback. The configured relationships will have the ability to give interim feedback at any time within the system.

 

The action item will show only in  respective Employees (Profile Page , Performance Page)

 

 

Note: Self Relationship will be not applicable to provide feedback in Interim

 

Enable Approval:

The  toggle button  needs to be turn  on in approval step (Yes/No). When  its turn on you will have provision to  choose multiple  relationship in  select drop down that who can approve interim feedback.

 

 

The selected relationship will have the provision to Approve the Feedback under the My Action item Page.

 

Upon clicking the action item, the user is taken to the interim feedback details page for approval/rejection.

 

Once approved, the feedback is moved to awaiting publish or published depending on the configurations. 

 

Once rejected, check whether the primary manager who submitted the feedback is still the primary for the employee as per employee profile. If yes, it  show  as Reconsider Feedback  in my action items page of respective rater.

 

Enable Publish:

The  toggle button  needs to be turn  on in Publish step (Yes/No). When  its turn on you will have provision to  choose multiple  relationship in  select drop down that who can Publish interim feedback.

 

The selected relationship will have the provision to publish the Feedback under the My Action item Page.

 

 

The published interim feedback will be visible under the "Past Feedback" page as a new tab, similar to the existing PIP and PAP Plan.

 

Note: If Publish step is not enabled automatically the feedback will published the employee  based on the interim configuration.

 

Interim feedback is required before changing employees' primary managers.:

The toggle button need to be turned on to mandate interim feedback for changing all direct reportee (Yes/No).  (If Yes below comments will open) 

 

 

1. Interim feedback is required if employees report to the current primary manager for over  Days

 

If this setting is enabled, changes of manager  will  validate the  effective of relationship with employee with in given Date.

 

2. Interim feedback must have been given within the last  Days *

 

If this setting is enabled, changes of manager will validate the  presence of interim feedback in published status with the given date.

If the Manager has not given the Feedback for the employees with the above condition then you will be not able to change the Manager relationship for respective employees

Note: You  can choose Multiple relationship to provide interim feedback; but the  following mandate is only applicable for primary manager relationship.

 

Interim feedback is required before deactivating primary managers.

The toggle button need to be turned on to mandate interim feedback for deactivate all direct reportee (Yes/No).  (If Yes below comments will open) 

 

1. Interim feedback is required if employees report to the current primary manager for over  Days*

 

If this setting is enabled, Deactivation of manager will validate the effective of relationship with employee with in given Date.

 

2. Interim feedback must have been given within the last  X days*

 

If this setting is enabled, deactivation of manager will validate the  presence of interim feedback in published status with the given date.

If the Manager has not given the Feedback for the employees with the above condition then you will be not able to deactivate the Manager relationship for respective employees

Note: You  can choose Multiple relationship to provide interim feedback; but the  following mandate is only applicable for primary manager relationship.

 

Select roles authorized to change or deactivate primary managers without interim feedback

You can select the Respective role who  can overrule the interim feedback Mandate Condition, make manager changes, and deactivate managers for employees.

 

Select relationships with view access to interim feedback:

You can Choose the relationships that have access to interim feedback after publishing. Only the selected relationships can view the interim feedback published in system.
